Our client was a realtor selling a small studio apartment.

The apartment had just been renovated with new floors and new appliances, and was reasonably priced, but it was not getting much interest because the online photos were only showing a small, bare apartment with white walls.

Working with the realtor, we created a 3-Dimensional Digital Model, and furnished the studio to create four distinct areas – Living Room, Bedroom, Dining Room and office.
